Most celebrities should dug deeper into their pockets in order to appear on the news. But it’s different with Debra Lee Lorenzana, a single mom who was working in Citibank and has break the hot trend news especially on internet. Many internet users has looking for who is Debra Lee Lorenzana and her problems with Citibank.
Debra Lee Lorenzana
Debra Lee Lorenzana was an employee in Citibank. She was fired because she is too hot and too sexy on working. Citibank statement,
“We believe this lawsuit is without merit and we will defend against it vigorously. We do not condone, or tolerate discrimination within our business for any reason.”
One question with exclamation mark, WHAT!? She only wore clothes work properly, right? Guys, lets imagine that you’re the boss of Citibank. Look at the pictures or you can see the video below. Would you fire this woman? Put your comments at comment-field below. I think it’s ridiculous.

The firing of Lorenzana by the citibank shows the double standard of the West. This has been the crux of arguments by the religious minorities living in the west. Now the truth comes out in the case of Lorenza. Why not allow her to show off her revealing bosom if she wanted to. why restrict her on dresses. Why not she be provocative.
A Muslim woman who wants to cover more will ask similar questions. Why not I cover as much as I wish to. why can not I be less provocative and less sexy? If the western countries are true to what they say about the fundamental rights, why interfere with the fundamental rights of Lorenza. In the same breathe why interfere with the fundamental rights of the Muslim women. It is sheer hypocrisy, bias, pretentious culture and open double standard. Even in the liberal West, it is an offence for women to go half naked. There are restrictions on dress even in Europe, is the contention of Muslims. The difference is only in degree when it comes to modesty.
Absolute freedom is non-existent in any culture. Being social animals, men and women have animal magnetism and sex appeal. One can never deny the fact that when a young man looking at a woman revealing a major part of her firm, round, shapely and bulging breasts gets sexually excited and would have train of quite often lewd thoughts in his mind. Hence religious laws on dress code. The West judges one set of rules as barbaric simply because OF ALIEN CULTURE BASE and another set as liberation
Um OK Buddy I want to let you know that most people are agreeing with you. But the way in which your coming off (your tone) is what gives so many people a bad impression of “Muslim” Society. Many people agree that Lorenza SHOULD NOT have been fired and what she was fired about is complete prejudice and gender discrimination. If someone wants to wear a head dress for religious purposes. Then yes let them wear it as long as it’s not something too flamboyant. I’ve seen many Muslim Women in the “West” (What exactly is the West anyways because your saying that Europe in not the West) in office work places look presentable with the proper Muslim garb/attire/apparel (whatever word is politically correct for Muslim religious clothing) and have had nothing wrong with it whatsoever. If that’s their culture and their way AND they can get the work done just as good as a Christian OR Muslim Man then so be it give them the job. It is not my concern as an employer what a person’s religion is as long as it does not get in the way of the job (i.e. leaving in the middle of work or not allowing a person to do a specific task that is required of said job due to religious purposes if one knows said job required this of them in the first place). The same goes for Lorenza….she could obviously get the job done at where she was at or she wouldn’t of been there in the first place. If she was wearing what she was wearing in the above pictures then…yeah looks really hot but it’s up to me as a Male to be professional and CONTAIN myself because she is obviously way within most normal dress codes. She can’t helpt hat she looks that damn hot. Sure I don’t deny the fact that looking at a “…woman revealing a major part of her firm, roun, shapely, and bulging breasts gets [a man] sexually excited….” No of course I DON’T deny that. BUT….I will KEEP those thoughts to myself and do my best to be PROFESSIONAL (which by the way is what CitiGroup male execs obviously didn’t do) and do my best not to look or stare at her ample breast or bosom because that, of course, would be “barbaric”. So, just to let you know, Kodimirpal, there are good guys and bad guys of ALL races, genders, religions, and cultures. The moment you start judging something by whether they are “Western” or “of a different religion” or WHATEVER and not an individual-by-individual basis then…well your name might as well be George Bush….because then your stupid. I have friends of Muslim decent and I have hot female friends who I don’t hit on. I also know jerks who are Muslim, jerks who are from the “West”, and Rude Ladies who would look really good on a cat walk but would never date because of their attitudes. Next time, Kodimirpal, think about the INDIVIDUALS and not the LABELS before you speak. Thank You.
Firstly, I wanna say thanks for your comments and your attentions to my site. Thank you – thank you so much.
Now, this is the explanation of the post about Lorenzana at above and why I’ve said it’s a ridiculous thing.
1. Lorenzana is a single mom.
2. Lorenzana have to work to feeds her family.
3. And why only about her dress-works, she got the fired. Please look at the pictures above (again). Decent clothes, right?
That’s ALL.
..and talk about your comments,
- I’m not denying that my eyes would be attracted if there is a “hot” woman walking front of me (in NORMALLY LIFE NOT in MY WORK-LIFE).
Like what my friend, Andrew said “I will KEEP those thoughts to myself and do my best to be PROFESSIONAL”. Ya, I have to be PROFESSIONAL in my work-life. Thanks Bro. I hope to many workers (Man or Woman) also to do that.
- I’m a Muslim. I live in Indonesia which has many religions, cultures, races, and one thing that I really love, it is a Peaceful life there. I don’t deny that this world have BLACK and WHITE (bad things and good things), but I’m sure that everyone in this world loves peace, no fight, no war, or something like that.Am I right?
But, I’m sorry have to say this, “your comments are deviated from the subject matter which is about Lorenzana and Citibank. I don’t want this post or this site to be a “War-Place” with quote. Please..
But OK if my site to be a peace-discussion-place. I really appreciate it.
I agree with Andrew about the “LABELS” (thanks for telling me), please to my lovely friend Kodimirpal to reply these comments.
Thanks again.
ps: A comment have to pass my approval if it want to appear in a post. I directly approve without checking it first, if the comment is not detected being a spam, like yours. If a comment is detected being a spam, I always check it first before I approved it.
I’m so sorry. This problem (I think it’s a problem) is started from my mistaken and I want to calm down it. I’m sorry again.
Thanks. Regards.
