Lindsay Lohan plans to struggle her forthcoming prison house sentence, Popeater reports. Last week, Lindsay was gone away shattered when a Los Angeles judge doomed her to 90 days in prison house for divulging the probation full terms of a 2007 condemnation.
However, insiders sound out Lohan will do all she can to avoid outgo anytime behind bars.
“Lindsay has no intention of going to jail,” a source claimed. “The only thing that Lindsay did wrong was hire the wrong attorney and now she has fixed that. She is paying her new lawyer a fortune to fix this mess. She doesn’t care what it takes. If Lindsay needs to start a Facebook campaign or set up protests or something like that she is totally into it. They are treating Lindsay differently because she is a star, so it’s about time she used her star power to help her. She’s seen the movie Chicago several times, so it’s not like she doesn’t know how this sort of thing works!”
Meanwhile, a attorney, who arrogates he assembled with Lohan over the weekend before determining against interpreting her, has articulated he conceives the actress has lost touching with reality.
“My impression of Lindsay is that she’s a fragile lost child – a sleeping beauty with her head in the sand. I found her not fully forewarned of the consequence of her actions,” attorney Stuart V. Goldberg told People magazine. “I’m concerned that she’s not disciplined or tethered enough to the reality of adult consequences. She doesn’t seem to have the awareness of what’s going to befall her. My real worry for her is not just the jail time but that she’s overly susceptible to a probation system that’s set up for her to fail.”
I don’t think that Lindsey can buy her way out of this one!!! She will spend 90 days in jail, then 3 months in a long term substance abuse program…
