The big three contestants of “The Biggest Loser 2010″ are Michael Ventrella from Chicago, Illinois, Ashley Johnston from Knoxville, Tennessee and Daris George from Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Michael Ventrella began weighing 526 pounds – lost 264 pounds, 50.19%.
Ashley Johnston began weighing 374 pounds – lost 191 pounds, 48.93%.
